The course covers the structure and interpretation of key financial statements—balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement—and teaches students how to perform financial analysis using vertical and horizontal methods, as well as financial ratios.
Students will gain practical tools for evaluating investment projects, conducting break-even analysis, managing working capital, and building financial plans. Topics also include cash flow forecasting, cost control, and scenario-based performance analysis.
Finally, the course explores how to use automation and AI in CFO work and provides strategies for building a strong professional brand and promoting services online. Graduates will be prepared to support small businesses with strategic financial insights and drive sustainable growth.
